Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it remains unscratched during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
